Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using phino-ui.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the entities described below.
Corporate Structure & Ownership
This Site is operated by ByteQuilt, a division of Vantage Network Group. The projects, software, research, and intellectual property showcased on this Site are developed and owned under the following corporate structure:
- Vantage Network Group is the management company that owns and operates ByteQuilt and its subsidiaries.
- ByteQuilt is the product and technology entity under which the software projects, design systems, libraries, and tools presented on this Site are developed, maintained, and distributed.
Unless otherwise explicitly stated, all projects, code, algorithms, architectures, design systems, documentation, and related materials displayed on this Site are the property of ByteQuilt, operating under Vantage Network Group. The presentation of these works on this Site does not diminish or alter the corporate ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, source code, algorithms, data structures, design systems, documentation, and any other materials ("Content"), is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Specifically, the following are proprietary to ByteQuilt and/or Vantage Network Group:
- The Phino design system, including all pillars, genomes, tokens, and expression algorithms
- All software projects, libraries, frameworks, and tools showcased on this Site
- Novel algorithms, data structures, and architectural patterns described in project documentation
- Design systems, design tokens, and visual identity systems
- Research, methodologies, and technical approaches
- The Phino, ByteQuilt, and Vantage Network Group names, logos, and branding
Permitted Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Content on this Site for personal, non-commercial, informational purposes only. This license does not include the right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Content, software, code, algorithms, or designs presented on this Site
- Use any Content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ByteQuilt or Vantage Network Group
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying ideas of any software or system described on this Site
- Claim ownership of, or file intellectual property registrations for, any concepts, algorithms, designs, or techniques presented on this Site
- Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to extract Content from this Site, including for the purpose of training machine learning or artificial intelligence models
Open Source Exceptions
Certain projects showcased on this Site may be released under open-source licenses. In those cases, the specific open-source license governs the use of that project's source code. The open-source license for any given project, if applicable, will be specified in that project's repository. All other Content not covered by an explicit open-source license remains fully proprietary.
Enforcement
ByteQuilt and Vantage Network Group actively monitor for unauthorized use of their intellectual property. Violations of these Terms, including unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or misappropriation of Content, may result in:
- Cease and desist notices issued by legal counsel on behalf of ByteQuilt and/or Vantage Network Group
- Civil action for copyright infringement, trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation, or other applicable claims
- Claims for actual damages, statutory damages, and attorney's fees
- Referral to law enforcement where criminal intellectual property theft is suspected
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and its Content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ByteQuilt, Vantage Network Group, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Site or its Content.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which Vantage Network Group is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
